Founder & Director | HR Professional
Winile Mhlamanzana is a Human Resources professional and the Founder and Director of NNTH (Pty) Ltd, bringing practical experience across employee relations, HR operations, recruitment, labour law compliance and strategic people management.
Her professional experience includes managing employee relations cases, coordinating disciplinary processes, preparing termination documentation, supporting CCMA proceedings when required, administering recruitment activities, facilitating onboarding and offboarding, and providing payroll and HR administration support.
With a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Johannesburg, Winile combines academic knowledge with hands-on HR experience and a practical understanding of the workplace challenges organisations face.
Through NNTH (Pty) Ltd, she aims to make professional HR support accessible to businesses and public sector organisations by providing tailored, compliant and cost-effective solutions that strengthen people management practices and support business performance.
